STEP 4: create a new Email address<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. In the Admin Panel, in the left side menu, click on the\u00a0Users\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. On the\u00a0Users<\/strong>page, select the domain you just added\u00a0from the\u00a0Select Domain<\/strong>\u00a0drop-down and click the\u00a0New<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. In the new pop-up window, fill in the\u00a0details for your new email address<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n
      • Account Type<\/strong>: choose Basic or Enhanced, depending on what type of mailbox you have added to your subscription at Step 0.<\/li>\n
      • User name<\/strong>: your desired email address (before \u201c@\u201d sign). You can use\u00a0letters, numbers, and dots; special characters are not accepted.<\/li>\n
      • Domain<\/strong>: choose the domain you just added from the drop-down.<\/li>\n
      • Password<\/strong>: must be a strong password;\u00a0minimum 8 characters and must include: at least one lower case, one upper case character, one number, and one symbol. You can generate a random password by clicking on the\u00a0New<\/strong>\u00a0button under the Password text \u2013\u00a0don\u2019t forget to Copy your new password to the clipboard<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • Name of User<\/strong>: your full name<\/li>\n
      • Quota<\/strong>: the size of the mailbox, in GB;\u00a0you can type in any value between 0.1 and 100. The size must be smaller than the available storage space.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        You can also change\u00a0optional settings for your new email address<\/strong>\u00a0by clicking on the\u00a0More Options<\/strong>\u00a0link.<\/p>\n

        • Language<\/strong>: the default is\u00a0English<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        • 2Factor Auth<\/strong>: if you want to allow a second layer of authentication, called Two Factor Authentication, for this email account \u2013 the default is\u00a0Allowed<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        • Localization<\/strong>: the default\u00a0timezone<\/strong>\u00a0for this email account.<\/li>\n
        • Date Format<\/strong>: the default\u00a0format for dates<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
