Add your domain

STEP 2: ADD YOUR DOMAIN

  1. In the Admin Panel, from the left side menu, click on the Domains
  2. Click on the New button on the right side of the page.

  1. A new pop-up window will show, and you should enter your domain name:
  • New Domain: your domain name, in the form of mydomain.com. Make sure you don’t add http://https://, or www before the domain name.

  1. After adding your domain, you need to verify ownership and complete the DNS setup as follows:

          4.1. Domain Verification:

    • To verify domain ownership, add a provided TXT record to your domain’s DNS settings.
    • You will see a prompt in the Admin Panel specifying the TXT record details (Hostname, Type, and Value) that must be added.
    • Click on the red checkmark button to show the verification TXT details again.

            4.2. Domain Status:

    • Initially, the domain status will appear as “Verifying” in your domain list, and the health status will be marked as “Fail” until verification completes.

             4.3. Check Domain Health:

    • Click on the “Health” status button (displayed as “Fail”) to see detailed information in a pop-up.
    • This pop-up lists several DNS records (MX, Webmail, Autodiscover, SPF, etc.) along with their current statuses.
    • Hover over each status to view explanations on why these DNS records are necessary and see instructions for setting them up

After updating your DNS settings, wait a few minutes for the DNS changes to propagate.

Click “Verify again” in the domain health pop-up after some time to refresh and confirm the updated DNS records.

Your domain will be fully operational once all required DNS records are correctly set and verified.
